SJB, architects known for their fresh and intelligent designs, were engaged to conceive a building at home by the sea. 22 Main Street is distinguished by the fluid curving form of its balconies and awnings, which reference ocean waves and sea spray.
Bayport partnered with Elite Property Group to develop this outstanding site at the beach end of town. Earthworks, drainage, sewerage, water and electrical infrastructures were essential in preparing the site for the build and landscaping.
